Key Challenges

Ceiling voids are densely populated with mechanical, electrical and medical services, leaving very limited space for drainage pipework and making multidisciplinary coordination particularly challenging.

Solutions

Fast Flow's siphonic drainage system uses smaller-diameter pipes and allows long horizontal pipe runs without gradient, providing exceptional flexibility for routing within congested ceiling spaces.
The flexibility of the siphonic system enables pipework to be strategically routed away from operating theatres, medical equipment and other water- and noise-sensitive areas.
Siphonic roof outlets are installed with integrated water-stop systems and fire-stop collars, ensuring reliable waterproofing while maintaining the fire integrity of the building.
