The psBalcony™ system is a world-first pressurised two-phase drainage system specifically engineered for balconies and podium decks. It addresses a critical engineering challenge that conventional drainage systems fail to solve: managing extreme rainfall on exposed, high-rise surfaces without flooding.
The system uses a patented two-phase pipe flow technology, where air and water are simultaneously transported under pressure — enabling drainage of large volumes of rainwater through small-diameter pipework without the risk of backflow or surcharge.
