This project worth $700 million dollar is a landmark project for the worldwide Hilton Hotel in the prestigious world renowned location of Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast in Queensland. The project requires drainage specialist to provide an effective, minimalistic siphonic option, adhering to specific and demanding Structural Engineer and Architectural direction, to drain the flat deck concrete roof areas of 2 x proposed showcased Architectural Towers.

Challenges

Two state of the art, architecturally designed towers featuring 300+ apartments and a boutique shopping mall meant that ‘available space’ was paramount in the construction phase and overall architectural plans and parameters.

Utilising our exclusive Arteco™ outlets – Fast Flow were able to offer the perfect solution for the roof area drainage for the 2 numbers of towers, helping to maximize ceiling height in the exclusive penthouses, and minimizing the pipework sizing in the extremely busy hydraulic risers within the building’s cores.
